Virtual Care with Sameday Health

Through personalized, tailored care, our medical providers are able to address a myriad of health concerns including but not limited to: allergies, health & wellness check ups, stomach pain, gastrointestinal issues, sleep & fatigue concerns, colds & flus, yeast infections, sinus infections, urinary tract infections, eczema, acne, psoriasis, headaches & migraines, pink eye, asthma, cramps, diarrhea, bloating, and more. If appropriate, a provider will be able to prescribe tailored treatment plans and/or medications to a pharmacy of your choice.

We’re happy to let you know that for our Virtual Care services, we accept both self-pay and insurance from most major providers. This ensures flexibility and convenience when accessing the care you need.

The virtual visit will last about 20 minutes and will be conducted through Zoom.

Appointments can be booked through the Sameday Health website. Simply select a date, time, input your personal information, and answer a few questions pertaining to your health history and concerns. A confirmation email will be sent with an invitation to create an Elation Passport.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please email cs@rumehealth.com or call 855-932-7263 (SAME). Cancellations must be made per our cancellation and no-show policy to avoid potential charges.

After booking, a confirmation email will be sent with an invitation to create an Elation Passport, an all-access patient portal in Elation where doctor's notes, lab results, and messages to and from your care team can be accessed.

Before the appointment, Sameday Health will send out an invitation to join a Zoom link (via email and text). Simply click this link to enter the doctor's waiting room. At the appointment time, the doctor will let you into the call.

Our Virtual Care services are available to anyone in the following states:

• West Coast: CA, WA

• Midwest: IA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, NE, ND, OH, SD, WI

• South: AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, OK, TN, VA, WV

• Southwest: AZ, CO, NV

• Northeast: CT, DE, ME, MD, VT

• Mountain: ID, MT

• Washington, D.C.

If your provider deems it medically necessary to prescribe a medication, then they are able to do so. Refills of medications are offered as well.

During your primary care visit, you'll be able to select which pharmacy you'd like to pick up your prescription from. If you're located in the Los Angeles or Orange County areas, we have partnered with Capsule Pharmacy, a courier pharmacy service offering same-day delivery of medications straight to your door.
